Namaste! Mindful Living Yoga combines strength and flexibility exercises with relaxation and mindfulness techniques.

A few benefits of Yoga & Mindfulness include improved focus, decreased stress, increased strength, expanded attention span, improved emotional resiliency and fun.
You don’t have to bend like a pretzel to practice yoga. If you can breathe you can do yoga.

All you need is a mat or towel, a quiet area, and access to zoom. Give it a try!
